He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harold and Ruth Ann Williams (Pemberton). He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanne Roman; and his sister Ruth Ann Marie Jones. He is also survived by two grandsons; survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
