He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce A. Osborn; his parents, Everett P. Osborn and Hazel M. Osborn; and his brother Michael Osborn. He is survived by: his son Christopher Osborn; his stepdaughter Myra Ferguson (Scott); his grandchildren, Thomas Ferguson and Shaylynn Osborn; his sister-in-law Debbie Osborn; his nieces, Stacie Marie Faulkner (Timothy) and Angela Rogers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mitchel Faulkner (Becca), Carson Faulkner, Amanda Faulkner, Anna Rogers and Abigail Rogers. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
