He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith (Anna); his children, Deborah LeVar (Michael), Scott Smith (Giselle) and Bobbi Huston (Scott); his grandchildren, Alexander Smith, Nathan Huston, Wyatt Huston, Emmett Huston and Adalyn Huston; and his siblings, Phyllis Ford (late Gayle) and Daniel Smith (Beth).
