Napier (Amy Kluber) of Manassas, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Addison Taylor Gaerke of Portland, Oakland Gaerke, Jr. of Portland and Ainsleigh Dotson Gaerke of Portland; and his siblings, Tammy Napier Wilkerson and Terry W. Napier. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
