She is survived by: her children, Tony Kallash (Becky Riney) and Tiffany Kallash (Eric Netherton); her siblings, Melody Shaw (Mark) and Terry Ross; and her grandchildren, Hailey Netherton, Kyle Kallash, Keith Netherton and Ryan Kallash. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made in Sally 's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
