He was predeceased by: his uncle Don Hubler. He is survived by: his parents, Darlene Moore and John Moore; his aunt Pat Hubler; his uncle Mike Melvin (Bonnie); and his foster father Michael Fields. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
