He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius "Connie" Duggan and Louise Duggan; his son Tony; his siblings, Connie, Cathy, Val, Mary, Fred, Blanche and Betty; and his close friend Shirley.
He is survived by: his brother Tim; his children, Mike, Cathy (Dan), Jim (Kari), Steve, Ken (Lynne), Chris, Vince (Debbie) and Liz; and the mother of his children Barbara. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
