He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie Hopkins, Vickie Sue Weber, William Mark Hopkins, Roger and Peggy Frank; and his friends, Pete and Carol Prenger. He is also survived by six granddaughters, two grandsons, and nine great-grandchildren.
