He was predeceased by: his father Norman L. Stuppy; his sister-in-law Tonya Stuppy; and his nephew Tyler Kraenzle. He is survived by: his mother Leanna Stuppy (Joggerst); his siblings, David Stuppy (Chae) of O'Fallon, IL, Richard Stuppy (late Tonya) of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Randy Stuppy (Karin) of Kansas City, MO, Linda Arnold (Paul) of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Bill Stuppy (Terri) of Bloomsdale, MO, Deb Kraenzle (John) of Ste. Genevieve, MO and Cathy "Bugs" Stuppy of Ste. Genevieve, MO; and his family, Amy, Andrew, Skyler and Damien. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Serenity Hospice. Moved by the journey of someone close to him, Carl made the quiet, selfless decision to donate his body to science, hoping his gift would help save lives.
