He was predeceased by : his wife Wanda June Rutherford (Kempfer); his parents, Isaac P Rutherford and Elsie Mae Rutherford (Braden); and his sister Helen Flemming. He is survived by : his daughters, Linda Peterson (Bob) of Bloomfield, IN and Diane Rutherford (Steve Corman) of Mesa, AZ.
