He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa A. Whaley; his brother Jay Whaley; his parents, Nancy K. Kemper and Derald L. Whaley; and his grandparents, Ralph Erdmann and Thelma Erdmann.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
