With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Meshell of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, born in Piggott, Arkansas, who passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Noah Dortch and Ruth Dortch (Pierce); her husband Steve Meshell; and her brother Wayne Dortch. She is survived by : her children, Steve Meshell, Jr. of Florissant, MO, Timothy Meshell of Florissant, MO and Mary Roth of Sainte Genevieve, MO; and her sister Dee Bax of Cottleville, MO. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, along with numerous family members and dear friends.
