She was predeceased by : her husband George T. Cartee; her parents, Edward Palmer and Minerva Palmer (Joggerst); and her sisters, Rosemary Naeger, Majella C. Basler, Marcella C. Schulze, Gertrude Grogg, Bernice Schmelzle and Vernetta Thomure.

She is survived by : her son Wallace "Sonny" Palmer (Gail) of Saint Mary, MO; her grandsons, Braden Palmer (Torie) and Landon Palmer (Ericia); her great grandchildren, Braelyn, Keeley, Cullen, Rhaya, Rosie, Lincoln, Maverick and Harlee; and her sister Rita Roth of Sainte Genevieve, MO..
