He is survived by : his children, Whitney Whitaker of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Melonie Whitaker of Cynthiana, KY and James Whitaker (Rachel) of Kentontown, KY. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren.
