He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Schaaf and Eloise Schaaf; and his brother Robert "Bob" G. Schaaf. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Schaaf; his sons, Jeremy Schaaf and Corey Schaaf (Erica); his brother Thomas "Tom" F. Schaaf; his stepchildren, Shannan A. Wilson and Eric W. Wilson; his grandchildren, Wade, Makayla, Lincoln and Lillie; and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Delilah and Melody.
