She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stephens and Alice Stephens (Jacobson); her son Stephen Carmack; and her sister Betty Black. She is survived by: her children, Christina Lutz-Crump of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Stephanie Drougas of Huntley, IL and Paul Carmack (Karolyn) of Imperial, MO. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren.
