He was predeceased by: his sons, Jonathon and Matthew Wood; his parents, Franklin Wood and Pauline Pruitt (John); his brother Leonard Wood; and his brother-in-law Walter Boyd.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan; his wife Penny Wood (Virgil Parker) of Bunker, MO; his daughter Stephanie Hamilton (James) of Ironton, MO; his grandchildren, Jacob Hamilton, Breanna Halbert (Tyler), Amanda Garcia, Jonathon Wood and Dalton Wood; and his siblings, Linda Kay Boyd, Roy Wood (Carol), Bill Wood (Shirley) and Danny Pruitt (Amy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Ray Wood and left at Wilson Mortuary.
