He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David Sr. and Susan Quinn; his great-grandparents, Denver, Dorthy Patterson, Roy Quinn, Pat and Randal Fisher; and his uncles, Larry Patterson and Jay Dennison.

He is survived by: his parents, Anthony "AJ" Bates (Casey Quinn) and Casey Quinn (Edward Bates); his aunts and uncles, Taylor, Shane Nunley, David Quinn and Danielle Quinn; and his godfather Ryan Thompson. He is also survived by several great-aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives, and family friends.
