She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carroll and Helen Carroll (Schumacker); her sisters, Gloria, Sue, Cathy and Debbie; and her great grandchild Anastasia.

She is survived by: her husband Dan Evans of Salem, MO; her children, Daniel Coulter (Jennifer) of Salem, MO, Terri Walter (John) of Cedar Hill, MO, Sarah Welch (Jay) of Salem, MO and Tom Evans of Salem, MO; her brother Robert Carroll of Hillsboro, MO; her grandchildren, Joshua Coulter, Rylee Coulter, Alicia Coulter, Grace Welch, Trystan Welch (Amanda), J. J. Welch, Kyrsten Evans and Nathan Evans; and her great grandchildren, Kane and Violet. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
