He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Anderson and Nona Anderson; his former wife Joan Myree Anderson (Collins) of West Plains; his in-laws, Andrew Jackson and Elfa Mae Collins (Russell); and his sisters, Jean Libby, Carla Anderson and Edna Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Anderson; his daughters, Deborah McFadden of Salem and Dyann Careaga; his son-in-law Andrew; his granddaughters, Tamara Gill of Viburnum and Karissa Stienbarger of Salem; and his sister Jame Newberry of Kansas City, Missouri.
