She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwain Stroburg and Walfriede Stroburg (Fischer); her sister Carmen Horning; and her great-nephew Tyler Land. She is survived by: her children, Josh Avery (Kim Stevens) and Ashley Avery (Allen Patel) of St. Charles, MO; her siblings, Perry Stroburg (Nancy) of Salem, MO, Marilyn Cantrell (Ken) of Salem, MO, Mike Stroburg of Salem, MO, Brenda Milligan of Salem, MO and Mark of Salem, MO; and her grandchildren, Kayde, Josh, Timmy and Luna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Mortuary - Salem (1000 Scenic Rivers Blvd, Salem, MO 65560). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
