He is survived by : his stepdaughter Deanna Nash of Salem, MO; his siblings, Pam Childress (Robert) of Springfield, MO, Mark Ruble, Kim Gollhofer (Tom) of Salem, MO and Amanda Wampler (Gene) of Springfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Emily Brooks (Jake), Savannah, Erin, Aubrey and Eli Nash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
