He is survived by: his wife Paula Conley; his children, Angela Shaw (Nathan) of Salem, MO and Douglas Paul Conley of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Madison, Hunter, Haiden and Ava; his siblings, Rita Fisher (Don), Elaine Chandler, Chris Conley (Tricia), Anita Richmond (Bill), Becky Lowe (Ronnie) and Barbie Nash; and his mother-in-law Hattie Brooks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
