She is survived by : her husband Herbert Lewis of Salem, MO; her children, Eva "Diana" Gillam (Scott) of Texas, Herbert "Bub" Lewis Jr. of Salem, MO and Scott Lewis (Katrina) of Salem, MO; her siblings, James Chamberlain of Oceola, MO, Liz Jackson (Darrell) of Salem, MO, Judy Chamberlain of Salem, MO and Rusty Chamberlain of Salem, MO; her sister-in-law Rita Chamberlain; her grandchildren, Cody Lewis (Rory), Dyllan Gillam (Morgan Lang), Trenton Gillam (Cassidy), Kelly Miller (William), Elizabeth Lewis, Trinity Lewis (Brian Reeves), Tayler Gillam and Tristan Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Shakoda and Waylon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
