He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Rowe; his sons, Andy Rowe (Ellen) of Salem, MO and James Rowe of Salem, MO; his granddaughter Jasmine Rowe; and his sibling's children, Teresa Smith and Roger Smith of Salem, MO. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
