He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith of Salem, MO; his children, John Smith of Dickson, TN, Julie Loughridge (Lucas) of Rolla, MO and Lisa Blackwell (Duane) of Salem, MO; his siblings, Ronnie Smith (Claudine) of Cuba, MO and Carol Pruett of Cape Coral, FL; his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Coffman (Debbie) and Lynn Coffman (Elisa); his grandchildren, Brady Adams (Micah), Ben Adams (Mikaela), Brooke Sanders (Dalton), Lucas Blackwell (Destini), Bella Smith, Chloe Loughridge, Collin Loughridge and Elijah Loughridge; and his great grandchildren, Remmie, Cade, Stetson, Finley, Hudson, Hadley and Harper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
