He was predeceased by: his mother Mable Sue Sisco (Schafer); his grandparents, Lester, Opal Schafer, Thomas and Pearl Sisco; and his aunts, Helen Oxendine (Don) and Freida Harrison (Jerry).

He is survived by: his father Gordon Sisco of Salem, MO; and his aunts, Wilma Harrison of Springfield, MO, Joyce Brisco of Salem, MO, Janet Whitaker of Springfield, MO and Linda Stagner of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Jeffery to the Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks and left with Wilson Mortuary.
