He is survived by: his mother Terri Hoxie (Bill) of Bunker, MO; his girlfriend Tina Rae Melvin of Salem, MO; his stepson Brody Vandermierden; and his siblings, Jory Mann, Michael Mann and Elisha Mann (Tony Delor). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
