He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Lough and Ruthene Lough (Tipton). He is survived by: his daughter Trisha Mendenhall of Salem, MO; his sister Ruth Ann Williams of Salem, MO; and his grandchildren, Scott Mendenhall, Kyla Mendenhall, Brandon Mendenhall (Summer), Jacob Mendenhall, Patrick Mendenhall (Amy) and Shelby Bright. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; extended family and dear friends.
