He is survived by: his children, Dennis Fowler of Birmingham, AL, David Fowler (Shelly) of Rolla, MO and Jean Ann Sprayberry (Robert) of Sylacauga, AL; his siblings, Verna Lou Inman (Perry) of Salem, MO and Jerry Fowler (Karen) of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Patrick Fowler (Megan), Alexander Fowler, Jeremy Fowler (Lara), Shaun Fowler, Ethan Fowler (Rendee), Ryan Fowler (Megan) and Terrie Sprayberry; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Britton, Logan, Dylan, Addison, Paislee and Isabella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
