It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jo Roberts of Salem, Missouri, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Major and Lola Major (Diem); her husband Wayne Roberts; her sons, Terry and Michael Roberts; her brother Jack Major; her grandson David Kessler; her parents-in-law, Earl and Faye Roberts; and her stepfathers, John Babb and Fred Diem.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Freeman of Salem, MO; her daughter-in-law Heather Roberts (Paul McGhee) of Waynesville, MO; her brother Jim Major (Jimmalee) of Pekin, IL; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Whitmire and Rose Major of Salem, MO; her grandchildren, Eddie Roberts of Salem, MO and Melissa Kessler of Jenks, OK; her great grandchildren, Josh Boyce and Justin Kessler of Jenks, OK; and her great great grandchild Aaden Martin of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
