He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Land and Hazel Stewart; his stepfather Gene Stewart; his brothers, Leon Kirby Land and Farris Dean Land; his half-brother Chris Geiger; and his brother-in-law Kenny Pyatt.

He is survived by: his wife Brea Land of Salem, MO; his daughters, Wadonda Todd (Chris) and Rachel Richardson (Weston); his siblings, Virginia Shepherd of Salem, MO, Rick Land (Debbie) of Lebanon, MO, Jim Land (Lisa) of Salem, MO, Shellia Ball (George) of Salem, MO, John Woods (Liz) of Salem, MO, Henry Geiger (Tiffany) of California, Gary Geiger of Illinois, Luther Geiger of Illinois, Heidi Smith of Illinois and Samantha Udell of Georgia; and his sister-in-law Teresa Land. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
