With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rayford Lincoln Phelps of Salem, Missouri, who passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phelps and Alta Phelps (Richardson); and his wife Guylia Phelps. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Phelps (Diane Hampton) of Jacksonville, NC, Laurie Young (Celedonio Quintanilla) of Beaumont, TX and Charles "Chuck" Phelps (Cynthia Williams-Phelps); his sister Nancy Cox of Bridgeton, MO; and his grandchildren, Josh Phelps (Melissa), Ronan Landry (Mary), Kasey Landry (Rick), Sarah Enlowe (Rob), Bailey Phelps and Rosalyn Keane (Kolm). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and another on the way; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
