He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sue Edwards; his children, Ashley Nivens, Jenna Deason (Justin) and Cody Ard; his grandchildren, Paxton Deason, Amelia Deason, RaeLynn Ard and BrinLee Ard; and his siblings, William (Glenna Ard), Linda (Christopher Hodge), David (Susie Ard), Bobby (Jackie Ard), Barry (Barb Ard), Shelly Ard Snodgrass and Sherry Ard Acker.
