Daley (Jeff) of Cedar Rapids and Debbie G. Hayes (Mark) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; her former husband Daniel Wayne Pewitt; and her siblings, Tom Radford of New Jersey, Joan Knap of New Jersey and Ellen Phillips of Joplin, Missouri.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
