He is survived by: his wife Lauren Mendenhall; his children, Patrick Mendenhall (Amy Mirgaux), Shelby Mendenhall, Scott Mendenhall, Kyla Destifanes (Chase), Brandon Mendenhall (Summer Skiles), Jacob Mendenhall and Riley Conaway; his parents, Gene Mendenhall (June) and Sherry White (Kevin); his siblings, Timothy Smith (Monica), Gregg Mendenhall (Kelly) and Kieara Lonning (Kermit); and his grandchildren, Gracie, Katlyn, Aiden, Taiven, Jaxson, Adalynne, Camden, Draycen, Baby E. and Ayvah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Wade Mendenhall and left at Wilson Mortuary.
