Kendrick (Kim); his son Chad Austin Kendrick (Melissa); his grandchildren, Shawn Danielle Neyens (John), Sophia Addison, Dylan James Kendrick, Ava Charlotte, Lily Danielle and Johnathon James Neyens; his in-laws, Joyce Widmer, Michelle Patishall (Tim), Lisa Murphy (Mike) and Chris Widmer (Julie); his brothers, Christopher S. Kendrick and Craig (Gail); his father Charles Shackel Kendrick; his father-in-law Jim Widmer; and his sister-in-law Lori Widmer Fleming.
