He is survived by: his wife Vicky Wellborn; his siblings, Jack Saulter of Conrow, TX, Steven Ray Saulter of Salisbury, MO, Carol Wise of Boser City, LA, Martha Nanneman (Phil) of Salisbury, MO and Peggy Proctor of Salisbury, MO; his siblings-in-law, Linda Saulter, Rose Saulter, Canice Meyer and Earl Franklin Wellborn (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Ashley Gosney, Christian DeWolfe, Shalynn Norris, Wesley Norris, Jeff Norris, Jayce Norris and Erica DeWolfe. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
