He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Margaret Fitzpatrick (Parks); his wife Lois Ann Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Kay Lee (McKenzie), Theresa McKenzie, Mary Johnson, Harold Howard and Billy Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Fitzpatrick (Janice) and Susan Sturgeon (Danny); and his grandson Shane Hatfield (Casey). He is also survived by five step grandchildren, and 8 step great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Summerville Funeral Home - Salisbury (601 US-24, Salisbury, MO 65281). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Asbury Cemetery Association.
