He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Earl McNeall and Thelma E. McNeall; and his siblings, Leo Kenneth McNeall, Eleanor Ann Hinman and Richard Earl McNeal.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gebhardt; his children, Travis McNeall (Katie), Kelly Kennedy (Aaron) and Ashley Cruse (Doug); his grandchildren, Reagan McNeall, Reese McNeall, Bryce McNeall, Graham Kennedy, Mirabelle Kennedy, Emelyn Kennedy, Brody Cruse, Easton Cruse and Maddox Cruse; and his brother Raymond Leroy McNeall (Carolyn) of Keytesville.
