She was predeceased by: her spouse Carol G. "Fats" Parmley; her son-in-law Mike Kerr; and her siblings, Nelson Howard Chandler, Elwin Chandler and Elizabeth Ann Harris.
She is survived by: her children, C. Eugene Parmley of Sarcoxie, Missouri, Ronald Parmley (Jill) of Sarcoxie, Missouri and Carla Kerr of Sarcoxie, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jessica Parmley, Ronda Parmley, Ashley Dumire (Lee) and Chans Parmley (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Theresa McCoy, Aleah Dumire, Gunner Dumire, Kaylee Dumire, Britton Dumire, Lilith Dumire and Saylor Parmley; her great great grandchildren, Lakin McCoy and Branelle McCoy; her stepgrandchildren, Brock Morehouse and Brook Alexander; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Erben Alexander and Charli Alexander. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home (211 N 9th St, Sarcoxie, MO 64862). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sarcoxie Cemetery.
