She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Blanton and Warnie Blanton; her husband Dr. Kirby Kingsley; and her son-in-law Larry Dawson. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Kingsley of Kansas City, MO, Paulette Dawson of Platte City, MO, Teri Jensen of St. Joseph, MO, Kathleen Robertson (Tim) of Platte City, MO, Kirby Douglas Kingsley (Linda) of Arlington, VA and David Kingsley (Constance) of Leawood, KS.; her grandchildren, Allie, Ellen Clemens, Andrea Miller (Jon), Nick Dawson (Patti), Sarah Travis (Joel), Josh Jensen (Ashley), Sophia Kingsley, Madelyn and Kirbi Kingsley; and her great grandchildren, Mary, Grace Miller, Leah, Hailey Jensen, Evelyn and Henry Travis.
