He is survived by: his children, Tabatha Manka (Nate) of Carthage, Melissa Stickel of Cape Girardeau, Keith Gilbert of Carthage and Seth Watters of Carthage, Missouri.; and his sisters, Carol Sue Pinola (Dan) of Alba, Brenda Snyder of Joplin and Martha Slater.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of Knell Mortuary.
