He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pennington; his children, Melissa Lewis of Carthage, Troy Lewis (Jamie) of Anderson and Carolina Chapman (Chris) of Sarcoxie; his grandson Davido Tucker; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Jayden and Gracie; Robyn Petelski (Nick) of Frisco and Caren Austen of Dallas.
