He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Seufert and Judy Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Timmy Davis of Exeter, MO and Lesa Davis (Seufert) of Pierce City, MO; his children, Waylon James Davis and McKenna Nicole Dailey; his brother Trey Jakob Davis of Pierce City, MO; and his grandparents, Rita Seufert of Pierce City, MO and David Davis of Exeter, MO. He is also survived by several cousins; and many friends.

A rosary was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (200 Front St, Pierce City, MO 65723). Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
