He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dale Summers and Maryann Lucille Hale (Perry); his brother Richard Summers; and his brother-in-law Robert Wolf. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Church; his granddaughter Bee; his daughters, Danielle Wilson and Hannah Summers; his grandchildren, Delaney, Katie, Jillian, AnnaLee, Josh and Abel; and his siblings, Sandy Foote, Tanya Wolf and Shawn Hale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to Sharon Summers, for the organization that is close to their hearts, the Sassy Sewing and Crafters of Andrew County, Missouri.
