He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin Porter and Beverly Porter (Fannon); and his sister Colleen Hale. He is survived by: his children, Chad and Clarissa Porter; his grandson Draven Porter; and his sisters, Cathy Keller, Cindy Bowlin, Connie Wall, Carla Howard, Christy Porter and Cherry Bye. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
