She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary McMillian (Vaughn) and James McMillian; her husband Fred Charles Howard; her daughter Deborah Cline; her siblings, Bob, Larry McMillian and Delores Raines; and her granddaughter Jessica Coulter.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Howard of St Joseph and Cindy Howard of Gower, MO; her brother Jim McMillian of St. Joseph; and her grandchildren, Sara, Chris, Tony, Nick, Hila, Kyle, Chad, Michael and Natalie. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
