She is survived by: her husband Ron Hankins; her sons, Gregory Polsgrove and Jon Roberts; her grandchildren, Tyler Sisk, Corbin Polsgrove (Haley), Miranda Polsgrove (Casey Bennett) and Cheyenne Smith (Justin); her great grandchildren, Brentleigh, Blakely, Gavan, Ryder, Casey Jr., Tucker, Tatum, Brooklyn and Gunner; her brother Jesse Campbell (Terry); and her nieces and nephews, Davey Campbell (Jamie), Dena McDonell (Bryan Smith), Joey Ashworth (Tammy) and Holly Ashworth (James Bottorff).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to an organization of the donor's choice.
