She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd Steeby and Mabel Steeby; her son J. Kirk Bonner; and her sisters, Virginia Cox Glauser and Georgia Ann Wall Sparks.

She is survived by : her daughter Karen Bonner Gallagher (Harry); her husband Don of Prairie Village, KS; and her grandsons, Ben Gallagher of Los Angeles, CA and Captain Ted Gallagher (Elizabeth) of Dawsonville, GA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
